A brilliant, knowledgable and very nice team! We bought a Trek Fetch+2 cargo bike with them and they have been amazing at preparing it, maintaining it, fixing any small issues and looking after it. The team goes out of its way to make cycling enjoyable and to look after our bike. Special mention to Trevor who is a genius at keeping your bike at its best.

After a bad experience with a different online company, I went to Cycles UK at Canterbury and what a pleasant service. A good old face to face discussion about what I wanted. I found the ideal bike and they let me take it for a test cycle straight away. Buying it was an equally good experience.

UK Cycles are helpful and friendly, I was uncertain about what size bike to buy so I was given a bike to try in a size they suggested, allowed to take it for a ride outside to get a good feel for it. They were right and I bought a bike in this size. This you don’t get when you buy online. I’ll certainly use them again.Thanks UK Cycles.
