Sanrizz Salon

I visited the St Albans branch on the 6th of September and had a hair cut and style with Sarah. She is a lovely lady and I feel bad writing this but she butchered my hair. I went in with super long hair and showed her exactly how much to take off (approx. 6 cm), however she took off double that. My hair was all one length so I asked her to give me some long layers and she just gave me an terribly uneven layering in the front and a crooked straight cut at the back. She then proceeded to curl my hair, even though I had asked for it straight, and this managed to disguise the terrible haircut. I know it's only hair but it took me a long time to get my hair to the length it was and now I'm out of pocket having to go elsewhere and get it cut even shorter to fix it. I wish I read the last review before I went there as the exact same thing happened to me.

I explained to sarah I wanted my hair shorter with layers, she envisioned it and told me she would cut a short layer of hair at the front so when I curl it it would flick out but Im a person that straightens my hair. My point is I did not get layers! They should give whatever you ask for, not how they want it. I think she needs more training if I’m gonna be honest. It is now the next morning and I realised I came out of the salon with a blunt straight cut hair(shorter) with no layers my hair feels the same except shorter. This is why you pay the extra for a better hairdresser. I won’t be returning again.

Amazing back massage with Marie Elena today. Had lots of back ache and knots due to work. So relaxing and back feels so light now. Only reason for not putting 5* is there was a bit of noise from the salon. Sarah

Shiori did my hair a couple weeks ago and I’m obsessed! Usually hate going to the hairdresser, but she listened to what I wanted and I love the result. My hair has never looked better. Lovely salon ❤️

I got a haircut here for the first time and it’s one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I had Eva as my hairdresser and she was chatty, supportive (in terms of understanding what I wanted/recommending new things) and of course very skilled!! I’m so so happy with my haircut - will definitely be coming back!

Always taken well care of by Rosie at reception. Daniel for hair and Dora (2022: now left) .Knowledgeable and professional and friendly.A lovely salon with great service. They also have a nail technician although I've not used them2022 edit; And also a beautician who does waxing!Sophia is a lovely assistant too

Lovely salon! I was at Anna's depilation procedure today. An absolutely fine craftsman!! Even though my skin is very delicate, everything was with a very good result after the procedure. I was very pleased with the results!

I have been visiting Sanrizz for over 6 years now and cannot recommend enough. Curly hair an be difficult to deal with but I come out with a top class cut and colour every time thanks to Sharon's combination of natural talent and attention to detail :) As a salon they are so innovative; always improving and updating their services with their finger on the pulse in terms of new trends and products in the hair industry. They have hosted some great events at the salon bringing in pros in hair, beauty and wellness to share their expertise. Looking forward to visiting again once restrictions are lifted!

I had my hair cut and coloured( Grey) in Sanrizz in The Maltings ,St Albans today,by Daniel.He is an expert in his field and so professional but friendyIt was the nicest experience ever.. .and I am so very happy with the resultsThank you so much Daniel and Ola !!Sylvia
