Really enjoyed this experience!!! Genuinely real life Mario Kart!!! Will definitely go back…Great date night fun!Beth was great and she explained everything too us, even got us in on the first group which meant we didn’t get home too late as we were traveling from Leeds!!!Thanks for a fun time

This was so much fun, it's been so well done. Different take on karting obviously, but just so enjoyable. Smiled constantly for our entire time there! The staff were lovely and made it a really special experience. We're definitely coming back.Not the venue's fault, but if you're driving - be mindful that parking is very tight near the area, so plan extra time to find a space.

The advertisment looked great, my eldest son really wanted to go for his birthday.We booked it online which was easy enough.We got to chaos karts 40 mins early and there are free arcade machines to play which is a good touch. Viewing area is open, so you can see everything and the drivers.We booked for a 20 minute session and got the waiver out the way and completed the induction, the go karts were lined up at the start line ready to go, and the organiser checked everyone is in ok and seat belts are fastened, karting started at 8:15pm and was fished at 8.28pm from start to finish was 13 mins!!,It was quirky and the boys enjoyed it, but £46 for 13 minutes is a bit steep.

Had a great time on the karts, and some arcade action, before racing, on the many raspberry pi style arcade machines with lots of games to give a go. Only downside was it wasn't long enough on the course(s). Will definitely come again

Just awful!!Entrance to the site looks terrible and slap dash.The customer service is terrible. Tried to contact them several times regarding my booking before we come and couldn’t get a response! Conveniently email back 15 minutes after the session time. But since then gone radio silent againStaff on site do their best but they’re let down by the product. Booked for 12 didn’t start until 12:30pm. The racing space is so small you are constantly shot and stopped. You’re not actually racing you just collect points. Karts broke down a few times on the track too which meant even further delays.Appears they acted like this when they had their site in London before it was closed down.Avoid!!

Excellent experience. The staff were very detailed in the instructions and happy to answer any questions.Even when there was an issue with the cars, it was quickly resolved.It's a fantastic set up and it's not about being the fastest, it's about being the smartest on when to take people out
