Closed my claim without finishing my car. I have been left without badges for 8 months. Had a phone call with the manager last week who suggested I get a quote from my dealership for the badges and then get a cash payout from my insurer. This was simply a suggestion and not agreed to nor was anything put in writing. I would avoid this place as they give you the run around for months on end and now I have to try get my claim reopened so they can sort out the badges. Meanwhile they’ve received a payout from my insurer for unfinished work. Sounds fraudulent to me. I’ve left numerous 1 star reviews and every time they’ve called me to delete it promising the issue will be sorted. This review will not be deleted as nothing is ever sorted. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Great service, delivered a courtesy car, took car for repair. Repair was completed in 24 hrs. Car returned fully washed and cleaned inside.

Had my car in for insurance work. I specifically asked they check the towbar as it was a rear end shunt. Upon collection I asked and they told me it had been checked by the local centre. When I asked the local centre they had not even seen my car. It was clearly a statement made in haste to get me away. Sadly a straight forward lie! Subsequently,the towbar has been necessary for replacement by an independent assor So the car could have been dangerous.

I can't thank Darracott enough for all their help when my car went in for repair. With my insurance company being absolutely no help at all and dragging their heels over several issues their collection company caused, Darracott stepped in and sorted the issue very quickly and efficiently. Everyone on the team was extremely helpful and courteous to me and my needs/issues. The repairs themselves have been to the highest possible standard. I can highly recommend them for any repairs you may need. Superb customer service and very friendly staff from the receptionist to the work shop manager. Truly a credit to their business.

The service and communication was 5 star. The work carried out on my van following damage was inpecable, I am so very pleased. I received a nice courtesy car which was dropped of and collected to my home. The overall service and work exceeded my expectations and I am so very grateful. You would never know I've had work done. Had to use this garage sue to my insurance and will rather change my insurance than using this garage again. It’s very chaotic and one person seems to not know what the other person is doing. They had my car for 2 months and absolutely no updates apart from when I called in. Got a parking notice on the curtesy car (absolutely my own fault ) , was charged a handling fee which was higher than the charge. Again not a word that this has happened or that my card would be charged. Had to contact the garage myself again after the handling charge was taken. All of this happened after they made me drive 30 miles and take a day off work to drop off my car just to let me wait at the garage for an hour before telling me to go again cause the parts where not In (did call them in the morning to double when to drop my car). Just an extremely poor experience over all

Quite possibly the slowest, most incompetent, colour blind bodyshop I have ever had to deal with! Bumper only replace & paint: paint is darker than the rest of the car, parking sensors didn't work, so went back for a total of nearly 2 WEEKS to do a couple of hour job to replace them, & have damaged the bumper doing that simple job! Obviously no quality control there at all!

This is the second time that I have used Darracott and was very pleased that they were the Authorised Repairer on this occasion. The whole experience from booking your car for the car to be repaired and the Reception Team, was so professional and friendly. All of the staff are so attentive and give you regular updates on the progress of the repair and although there was a delay due to a damaged wing, which wasn't obvious , they did everything they could to get the car back as quickly as possible. The actual repair and paint finish was to factory standard. Nick the manager has exacting standards and he wouldn't let the car leave until it was perfect. Thanks to Emma, Gemma , James and Nick for restoring my car to its original condition . I am 100% happy with the service and would recommend without hesitation.

Very unprofessional! Had this dent on my car, they only called once to say they had my car & then never called me again. I had to keep calling them time & time again to see what was going on with my car. They never let me know the assessment on it. Total Sham of a place. Also told me they don't use pink pen to write on the cars, funny they had a pink pen sat on one of the back office table! They lie! Their useless! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!
