It pains me to write such a review on Richer Sounds as they have a good rep. I ordered an AV amp back in August and have heard nothing since from them. Called today to be told it won’t be coming in now and then advised to spend another 600 on a suitable alternative. They were friendly and apologetic but basically said nothing we can do to help

Fantastic service again from Richer Sounds. Made a product enquiry by email Sunday pm as I wanted to check compatibility with my television. Response within 30 minutes which prompted me to call the store to order - they had advised in their reply that they had no stock at the store. Order placed. Was offered 24hr delivery but I declined when I was advised that the normal delivery would probably only be three working days. Text the next morning (Monday) to advise me of the one hour time window for delivery by DPL. Package with me 1 min after the earliest delivery time and within 18hrs of placing order! Fantastic. Always buy from Richer Sounds where possible - just a pity that they do no sell more electrical goods, particularly computers and ancillaries.

Very helpful and everything was well explained. Bought a new LG telly with stand. Very pleased. On the downside, I thought that the installation charge of £160 was way over priced. The guy who came was polite and helpful and did every thing in 45 mins. No complaints at all but £160 for 45 mins work is, in my humble opinion, fsr too pricey. Otherwise a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Fantastic customer service. The staff were really knowledgeable and friendly. I went in on Black Friday and even though they were very tired and busy (after 5PM), I received very good support towards buying a TV.The store manager (Richard) even went an extra mile to make sure I'm happy with my purchase.Thank you Richard and all of the team from Richer Sounds Tunbridge Wells. I will lightheartedly recommend you to anyone.
