These guys were very professional, helpful and just all round a good service from start to finish. I was a little dubious about using Capital Hair Restoration to begin with because their price was the cheapest I could find in the UK but after several conversations with them over the phone and then a further phone call from the doctor who would be performing the procedure I decided that they were a good company and I booked to have my hair transplant last may. The whole procedure day was very straight forward and took around 7 hours from start to finish, they provided a meal and a drink to suit my dietary requirements at lunch time and throughout the procedure I was able to watch Netflix on their tv.Matt regularly kept in touch after the procedure to make sure I was healing well and he was there to answer any questions I had. Its now been 9 months since I had the hair transplant and I'm over the moon with my results and I would recommend anyone thinking about having the procedure to have it done and to contact Capital Hair Restoration to help get the best results and the best service.

No idea if they're any good, though i find companies that have to boast about being located in Harley Street as untrustworthy.It's an address, and an absolute irrelevance as to whether the doctor is competent.Edit - Thats exactly my point, foreigners seem to think if they have a Harley Street address then it makes them have healing hands ... which as you quite rightly imply is a scam.The fact this company advertises from Harley Street"

My hair-loss progressed quite quickly & dramatically during the first lockdown which make me desperate to do something about it. I spent a lot of time doing re-search as to who to use for the procedure but ended up choosing Capital Hair Restoration due to the great reviews and how great Matt was during our first consultation. I chose to have my procedure done at their Essex clinic which was super easy to get to (coming from the seaside) and everyone on the day was super friendly and professional. Everything was explained perfectly and I felt very looked after. It's now been exactly 1 month since my procedure and while I'm currently in the dreaded ''shedding'' phase I can already see my new hair line and cannot wait to see the final result.I cannot stress how incredibly professional Capital Hair Restoration really are - they've been available for questions 24/7 and check up on you every couple of days or so after the procedure to put your mind at ease.Excellent service - cannot wait to come back mid next year for phase 2 of my journey! I used Capital Hair Restoration for my hair transplant in February 2020. I found the service really flexible, with a dedicated and friendly consultant who was always available to chat. They were able to meet my budget requirements whilst maintaining an excellent service.I received many follow up calls, even a year after the procedure.All in all, the best way to sum up is to say that I don't regret having the procedure done at all - it's a daunting prospect at the start, but CHR made it all manageable and easy from start to finish.

Capital Hair offers a local UK and out-of-town solution for restoring hair. The out-of-town solution is a much better value, but you give up the local service comfort and convenience.The staff at Capital Hair took good care of me, ensuring I received proper treatment and attention, with good follow-up. I took off one star because the transplant doctor was unable to treat a surgery complication, and I had to follow up with another doctor myself locally.I would still recommend them, as Capital Hair did their best.

This was my second treatment out in Turkey with CHR and both times the customer service was great from consultation right through to the aftercare. Communication was always fantastic and the team are always available via message and call to answer any queries. They keep in touch after the treatment which really helps. All of the team are polite and very helpful all of the time, as well as professional. Highly recommend!

I arranged an initial consultation with Capital Hair Studio to determine the best route to rectifying my loss of hair. Matt was very helpful and gave various options. Once I had chosen the best route, the process was fairly simple and was run smoothly.The operation went well and Matt followed up regularly post op to review progress and provide assistance where needed. I started to see results from about 4 months post op and it has been getting better every month thereafter, and has definitely put my mind at rest and I have gained my confidence back.I would recommend Capital Hair Restoration to anybody who has any hair loss concerns and would like to know what options are available.
