I have been coming here for a long time now and find it be to so friendly and welcoming, the staff are extremely nice, the drinks are good prices and the atmosphere is always fun and relaxed. I highly recommend Frames to anyone looking for a friendly hassle free evening out. 5 stars!!

We have been coming to Frames for a few months now and find it to be a very friendly, happy place with lovely staff. If you are looking for a chilled out place to go for a drink, a game of pool, darts or snooker, this is the place to go, probably the nicest pub/club in Thanet.

The second we walked in was really rude customer service and s unwarm welcome , was told “er if ur under 18 you have to leave at 7” when we had our IDs and our group was 21+. We payed over £40 for drinks and food that was not nice either , and we overheard the manager talking about our group rudely behind our backs when we were being respectful and quiet . We drew the curtain as we felt uncomfortable with the manager looking at us , and he has come over and said it defeats the object as im watching you on CCTV, when we weren’t doing anything , being respectful and ensuring we kept where we were clean and quiet .

This is a wonderful place to go, very friendly staff, lovely customers to talk to, a very relaxed atmosphere. They also cater for weddings, christenings and parties in their function room. Highly recommended

Fantastic place to come play pool snooker and darts. Loads of great beers on draught and bottles. Fantastic selection of soft drinks if you bring little ones to watch football. Great family friendly atmosphere.
