I can't thank Heather enough for the help she gave me with my Le vian ring when I lost the diamond. It got sent away the same day to get fixed and came back a month early, but she noticed immediately there was an issue with the band when it was returned and within a week had a new one sent out for me. Heather went above and beyond for me and I appreciate it so much. Can't wait to go see her for my next purchase.

Perth Ernest Jones staff are fantastic. We bought a beautiful ring here and the after care has been excellent. We also needed a very small gold band for my mother in law. Unfortunately she is not very well and her dying wish was to marry my husband's father. Heather and Danielle very quickly sourced a beautiful ring for us.They were both very understanding and compassionate. It's more like a family in the community rather than a retail shop.First port of call for us. Thank you
