The Modern Yoga Studio
I attended the 6 week beginner's course which was a brilliant introduction to yoga.I would recommend it to anyone not familiar with yoga classes. I now attend classes at least once a week. It is such a welcoming and calming studio. Teachers very supportive and appreciate different levels within the class.
