Wonderful team and service. I've received a top notch care today. Very impressed.

I have officially complained to the health board about this practise, because I refuse to believe their treatment of patients is ethical let alone legal under the current health care guidelines. There is no GP service on offer at this practise, and they must be held to account for the abysmal treatment of their patients.

How can you run out of appointments?! And what's with 8 am scramble? That was already out of practice in March of 2023, that shouldn't be legal.The other day I managed to book an appointment and guess what? Surgery was empty! Almost no one in sight safe for me and maybe one person, what on Earth is going on ?

One of the worst GP practices i’ve ever been registered with which is why i am currently looking for a new one. Doctors/nurses are great but the receptionist are horrifically rude and unhelpful. The amount of times i have left a phone call with them feeling so uneasy and helpless is simply not on. Hire better receptionist! This is a GP practice, why are you hiring the most incompetent folk. Unreal.

Terrible service the likes of which I have never seen. Trying to book an appointment is horrendous and has increased my stress levels. I originally tried to register at Conan Doyle but was told they are full up and not taking on any new patients (unless you have a family meet there so not full up unless you have an existing connection!) It's the anti patient brigade. As a tax payer funding this non service its unbelievable. Im look for another GP but will try again at 2pm again

Without a doubt the worst GP surgery I've ever had the misfortune to deal with, quite possible the worst in the whole city. They run a ridiculous system by which you have to phone at 8am to get an appointment, at which point you will be stuck in a queue lasting up to 40 minutes. By the time you get through, if you're very lucky, you'll be told you'll get a phone call at a completely random time by a doctor. Miss that call? Tough luck for you, try the 8am roulette again tomorrow. As someone who starts work at 8am this makes getting any kind of appointment almost impossible as (of course) they're not open on weekends.If by some miracle you do manage to actually see a GP you'll be met by some of the most uncaring, unsympathetic doctors (with one or two notable exceptions) who really make you wonder why they ever wanted to enter the medical profession in the first place.Absolutely awful practice and I would recommend anyone who lives in this area to go with literally any other surgery you can find.

You can never get through to reception when calling to make an appointment. When you do they say call at 8am for an appointment . Told me to call at 8am in the morning for same day appointment, when you do that, the line is engaged for Atleast half an hour even though you call continuously, it’s as if they take the phone off purposely, when it finally rings, no one answers the call even after ringing for 5 minutes I’ve given up calling. Time to change

The worst Gp practice one can ever find ..tried to call more than 200 hundred times every day this week and reaching nowhere, now when the receptionist(finally) picks up the phone unbothered told me I need to phone again 2 o’clock for a damn a phone appointment with one of the doctors that more prefer to hang up the call than try to understand and see you face to face what is the reason why you are suffering with the symptoms you have …If anybody is trying to register with a Gp please do yourself a favour go and find another one ,this one is awful and absolute shame for the staff

Absolutely shocking GP Practice and even more shocking is the level of rudeness the receptionist have. It’s a joke trying to even make an appointment, call at 8am and the liens are busy up u till 8:30am only to be then told theirs no appointments call back at 2pm (which I also did) and got told the same thing and to call back at 8am again!!! I have been doing this for the past week and I have totally given up, even at that I was told to go to my local pharmacy for advise, I barely even go for myself and the first time i did this is how I am treated. Will be looking for a new GP!

Worst surgery I have ever been to. They never want to see you.Message from the Dr to make an appoint for an annual review of epilepsy medication before next refill.Called the surgery and receptionist asked when next prescription was.Told her 18th December, she said well call back any time before then at 8am ro 2pm and they would sort an appointment.Why couldn't she give me an appointment now, 12 noon, even if it was for a week or so away.Totally usueless, ask you to call and make an appointment the same date.Why can thery not book appointments in advance?The nursing staff can do it.High time this place was sorted out. They are still operating under covid conidtions and dont want to see anyone face to face.
