CN Nail Spa

Went in on a quiet Monday afternoon to get a full set of acrylic nails for my holiday. I was served very quickly and was able to discuss what I wanted and also give freedom with the shape and design I wanted. The man who did my nails, was and is always great! I have been coming to c&n for years, and I’ve never been disappointed with the service. The man did these cute hearts on my nails for me and I am so happy at how cute they are, and I’m very impressed :) I definitely recommend this nail spa, the staff are so friendly and it’s always nice too have a laugh with them. The staff are always very polite and efficient, the salon itself is also always so clean.

Everybody is lovely and attentive here, they always do a fantastic job. Staff are so friendly, you feel like you're chatting with an old friend!

Guys! I had a pedicure here today and it’s one of the best spa pedicures I’ve had. I also had powder acrylics on my fingernails and again, I can’t complain. They take their time even when it gets really busy. It’s competitively priced like the others around town, but because it’s a smaller salon it feels more intimate and less like a rotary belt.

My wife loves it here. A regular for years. Francis and his team are experts and on the ball. They always give great advice on designs. The best place she's tried in Chelmsford having tried 3 others. The going rate so fair value. Cash only but the cash point is opposite the library.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I recently messaged to book for 4 people for my friends wedding, we came in at our booking time and was told they didn't take bookings on Fridays when I had the proof. They then tried to say they called to cancel but I didn't leave my number so that was a blatant lie. I told them it was my friends wedding, but the only option they gave was go come back the following day and they would try to fit us in, no apologies. We ended up having to go elsewhere.

I had Ombré nails lovely staff very polite not to long wait either, I’m very happy with my nails would definitely return.

Not going back! Long waiting times, cash only and if you try to pay in a different way they become super rude. High prices too, not worth it. Stay away.
