From the very first engagement with EMI I knew I was dealing with professionals. Their advice, fairness and industry was excellent. They helped us identify the problem and offered fantastic advice.Their communication at every stage was second to none. (Builders are notorious for not turning up and not answering calls.) This was never a problem with EMI. If they were going to be delayed, they always phoned and let you know. When they came to do the job, they were polite, efficient and thorough.
