My first time here. Went straight to the cafe, usual cafe drinks and simple food, tukey and bacon toasties with chips (£2 extra) were reasonably priced. Member of staff at the counter was a bit too efficient but the lady who brought the food to our table and was very pleasant. Let my daughter have a high chair for her dolly and brought sauces etc over. Tables were wiped down and cleared as soon as someone left. Cafe was popular and clean. Would reutrn as it was a very relaxed atmosphere.

Person behind counter ignored us for a while I was ready to walk out before being served tables and sitting area not cleared up. Not a great experience .

Not the best place. People still being served with trays when obviously there is no space for them to sit. It’s a busy Sunday.Toasted sandwiches are mown £6.Ask for cream on our coffee to be told ‘we shouldn’t really do that’. How weird is this?Coffee isn’t nice, that be a regular vanilla latte.Ordered a scone, and they refused to heat it up.Just a strange feeling emanating from behind the counter. Weird policies. Nothing like your city M&S.Positive, the staff are polite.Only came here because costa was super busy.

My Mum and I were hoping to have a nice fried breakfast, but at 9.50am we were told the breakfast wrap was unavailable. We opted for the eggs benedict. We waited at the counter for our drinks, which were plonked on the counter with no communication at all. The food hall was freezing cold and the tables looked like they hadn’t been cleaned. Our food was brought over, with no cutlery and again no communication. On top of this the eggs benedict was barely warm. Overall it was not a very nice experience and I would have expected more from M&S. Maybe some staff training on customer service would be an idea?!

A decent sized M&S foodhall. Not the biggest I've seen but generally has everything you'd want from M&S. Missing some ice creams etc.

Good coffee but 2 staff take an age to serve 3 customers because they are to busy chatting to each other and not listening to the customer. Got the drinks wrong, had to remake them and then apologies to all the customers in the queue. It's not even busy.

Just heard M&S are going cashless!!I will be boycotting you from now on.Either accept cash or suffer losses as a result. There is a growing movement of people unwilling to go along with this.I guess you'll find out soon enough when your profits drop off.

Good variety of fruit and vegetables.A varied selection of cold meats.Quite a small store but you can get all the basics plus more.Friendly helpful staff.Clean and tidy.

Amazing range of high quality food and wine produce. Amazing including gluten free. Staff all it the little old blind one on the phone to her mates amazing.dropped a stat for that as when I asked her a question she still.had her.mate on the her mobile.organizing drinks pooop
