Brilliant company to work for, I enjoy going to work (not many people can say that) the management/head carers are so supportive and there to help whenever you need them. I highly recommend We care sw Ltd.

Poor management, All of my criticism in fact has lead to the company blocking me, CQC report etc. Based on how the company deals with their employees and complaints? I'd not trust anyone in this company to care for anyone but themselves. Naturally I've complained to CQC, I've complained to them personally, But like most people who are in the wrong, This company claims I've slandered them and my rumours are untrue, With that being said? Why block my complaints etc, Unless? They're actually true and you don't want potential clients hearing of how poor the company is.
