Didn't have product I went to purchase. Customer Assistant assisted me on finding new products to replace old one that was no longer in stock.Very helpful went away with a sample to try at home to see if suitable. Very helpful Assistant.

I wouldn't want to go there ever again after my experience there yesterday! You can't even look because you will be followed and made uncomfortable and then staff with attitude on top of that especially the fragrance counter!

Boots Pharmacy in Silverburn where 48 hours actually means somewhere between 72 and 96 hours!! Useless - absolutely useless. I am in tears with pain and can't get my prescription. Didn't even want to give one star, but couldn't post review with zero stars
