Place is fine. Although Auction house a bit disappointing. Worth a visit. You never know.

Terrible customer service. 40 minute wait to pick up some rings. Only one porter working and no one else allowed to give out items , this is after the first day of auctions and two auctions live. Very poor no help from the office people"Look at the attitude of the owner

What a wonderful find this amazing Auction House is. There were just so many items I wanted. Such a great choice of good quality lots, at very reasonable prices and after it ended, there was excellent communication around arranging packaging and postage (which was also very reasonable). I can’t wait for their next auction. Thank you all so much for making the experience so enjoyable.

I'm giving one star when previously it would have been 5 stars, not for the auction house which I have no problem with whatsoever.....but.What has happened to the friendly guys at the collection point?.Nothing was too much trouble for them, always smiling and happy to help.Seems they have been replaced with the most miserable, depressing staff ever. Everything is a chore which comes along with a miserable face, makes you feel like you are a burden picking up and dropping off. As for one of them (young glasses) he seriously needs to be sent on a customer relations course with immediate effect!.I for one will not be using this auction house again, I apologise to you for dropping off items to sell and picking up won lots, it is such a burden for the new staff, and once again I apologise for my past custom.Rachel.

Guys on front desk very polite and pleasant to serve you. Place seems well organised. Lots aren’t great. The last mixed box I bought contained broken items, remote controls for toys, etc completely useless items that were only fit for the bin. I realise you take a risk when bidding online but there are some things that should never be offered up for auction.

I collect vintage ceramics and have recently received two consignments broken in transit because of bad packing by other auctioneers. I told Warrington about these sad experiences and asked if they would take special care when packing my recent purchase from them. They were very nice about this request and did one of the best packaging jobs I have ever seen. They also posted very quickly after the sale, unlike some of the best known nationally franchised couriers whose offices are often recommended by other auctioneers. Highly recommended, friendly and helpful, and I will certainly hope to be buying from them again.

Great auction house to deal with. Their packing and delivery service is second to none and at very reasonable prices. I have bought from them several times in the past couple of years and cannot fault them. They seem a friendly bunch too!!

I really don't want to write this review because I don't want too many people to know how good, cheap, and fast their packaging and shipping are! I am even more afraid that too many people will compete with me when they buy things after knowing the excellent service of Warrington & Northwich auction. But as an honest person always enjoying their excellent service and not giving them an earnest rating, I always feel guilty. After spending hours unpacking their packages today. I forced myself to write this review, I just hope not too many people see it!

Regarding recent house clearance in Davenham. Excellent service and result. I recently bought some large delicate pieces of pottery from W & N.Unlike many salesrooms, they have a packing department and offered to send me the pieces at a very reasonable price.They arrived very quickly and were wonderfully packed.The best packing I've seen !They are an exemplary sale room.Many auction rooms have zero after sales service, and do little for the money they are happy to take.Many thanks for the excellent service.
