We went to the Store looking for a particular light bulb but hadn't a clue what we needed. Allan one of the assistants really went the second mile and showed us exactly the correct light bulb and connector. Customer Service was excellent. Well done B&Q especially in the present day when Customer Service appears to be a lost art.

We Found what was needed and the staff indoors were very helpful, apart from the unwelcoming and offensive work on the door.Who questioned us parking in the disabled bay even with a blue badge for my mum and my niece who is a above the knee amputee was with us. He just want to brandish some power, if any that his job allowed and knew he was in the wrong but was unwilling or too scundered with himself to back down or apologize.

Pretty cool place. It was like a copy of The Home Depot though. They need a better selection of quality tools from what I saw. Cool to see in a different country though.

Tried to return a power washer that was used once was told if not happy with it to return it back, but they wouldn’t accept it as it was unsaleable and electric had gone through it. This is not what it says on the back of the receipt if not happy with the product you can return it within 90 days, how do you know your happy with something you haven’t tried once? Terrible attitude

Refused to honour a 10 year warranty on a tap. Every excuse they could think of. Poorly maintained … o rings had failed, leaking everywhere. How r u meant to maintain them when the they can’t be got at.Poor service. Go to Screwfix as these guys are a dead loss

Good sized B&Q store with plenty to keep you busy. Plenty of car parking, and a nice chippy van for food too.Other big stores are nearby too.

I had placed an order online and their was a website error in registering addresses. Panicked I rang into store and everyone I dealt with at the Holywood store was amazing from the person who transferred me to the hub, and then I dealt with Kieran/Ciaran I think he said his name was and he resolved my issue with great communication. The driver also helped my situation by reading a note I had left on the door in regards to the address situation. So happy today that this was all sorted and cannot recommend highly enough.

This place is somewhere that we have gone to for many, many years. They have competitive prices, so don't expect to get all your stuff really cheap here.The place is pretty well spaced out, and we've never had a complaint about the layout. If you're not sure where to find something, just ask a staff member.The staff are pretty down to earth and willing to help. They do a great range of everything in here.My personal favourite place is the garden centre.

This is my favourite construction shop in Northern Ireland. It has everything you expect and even more. Prices are good and the staff is very helpful. For sure I will continue buying in this shop. Good products
