Changed my front tyre and now I’m stuck in Birmingham with a flat so the tyre either wasn't fitted properly or it already had a hole in when it was fitted. I would like a refund on the tyre please.

Had a puncture on route to LHR on holiday which required us to fit space saver tyre. Phoned while abroad to confirm they were open on Sat as main stream tyre shops were either closed or couldn’t book a puncture repair. Arrived and puncture was too big to repair however, brought a part worn instead, I think big company would not have specific tyre size, or driving 3 hrs on space saver. Friendly efficient service, 5 stars, top marks, many thanks to all.

Went here for a slow puncture and needed a repair, he come over looked at the wrong tyre and told me I needed a new one this one was finished… it was a brand new tyre.Told him no it’s the other side and he said yes you need all new tyres there all finished.Never go there again.
