I completed AIDA 2*, 3* and spearfishing courses with Steve and the ApneistsUK team and really couldn’t recommend enough. All training is completed in a relaxed, safe and friendly environment, with fantastic ongoing support and mentoring from Steve.The club trips provide a perfect opportunity to build on those skills in a welcoming club environment. Trips are frequently organised in the UK and abroad, with Farne islands, Blue Shark Diving, Northumberland and N Wales being favourites.Farne Islands particularly gives the new freediver a perfect opportunity to experience the local seals in a way that scuba divers can only dream of.

I did my AIDA 2 Freediving course with Steve to help improve my breath hold ability for underwater photography. Such a great course and experience, I would highly recommend Steve and the team as they make you feel very welcome and it really benefitted me and taught me loads even coming from a scuba diving background.

Really great tuition, Steve is very knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. Lots of helpful advice and methods that really work to improve your freediving performance and to make it enjoyable. I went on two residential courses with Apneists UK where I gained my AIDA** and I have gone back to Apneists UK to do my AIDA***. Highly Recommended!
