Nice chips and food etc ... Good first visit to the Penrith site. Busy at 6pm but quietened down by the time we left. Helpful staff on at the time!

The food was standard McD's food, the place is predictable, that's why we go. Each one does have its own little character though and this one was packed to the rafters which is never wonderful plus the girl working the restaurant space saw no need to be of any assistance, when I asked if they had salt (as in I couldn't find it) she said yes" and walked off. Bad day maybe."

Very very disappointed. My chips were stone cold and soggy. My burger was undercooked, cheesebites cold too. My burger bun was partially frozen. How hard is it?!! A newborn dog could make better food than you lot. I’d rather it say 0/5 stars but no options given.

We ordered a delivery, the man showed up with our order then proceeded to say that it was not ours. We had online confirmation that our order had been delivered yet we had not been given any food. Later, we walked to Mcdonalds and demanded our order. Took ages to receive it and also did not even get a partial refund for delivery because the man never actually delivered it!!! I am fed up with the service of this place. They gave us replacement food but it contained the WRONG items.

First time eating here and we won't be going back. Toilets were disgusting, water all over the floor and toilet seats. Food did arrive quickly, the fries were hot but my husbands burger was tepid at best. I wanted to take an mcflurry home in the car. When I went to the screen kiosk to put in my order (which were still open). A very angry manager starter shouting miss miss miss we are close". I appreciate they are closed

Called in here on the way home from our weekend away. Picked our order up to takeaway, checked dips were in the bag, which they were. (Always forgetting to put them in!) Only to get home 30 miles away & there was no chicken selects in the bag!!Can any of the staff read? Or follow the screen they should be looking at!!I think not.Very disappointed & will not be visiting again.If I could have gave no stars, that's what they would have got. Useless!!

Went to the drive through always busy they had colleagues outside taking orders great idea easier to talk directly to your server. Also the first window the server asked for order to double check we handed him our written order he was delighted. Wish everyone did this so much easier. . Thanks for great service.

Love coming here, but wish other customers understood what the click and collect letters meant.They are not parking spots you retards!Don't leave the bay and walk inside for F sake!

You couldn’t be at fault at most of the McDonalds restaurants. We ordered some food which came fresh, no issues, the fries were perfect and the burgers were properly cooked and well presented. Awesome lot you
