Seats are very old and uncomfortable for any length decent film. Despite this, they charge the same as other cinemas with reclining seats etc... There is a lot of legroom, I'll give it that, but that's it.

Went with my partner to see the haunted mansion, we had a bad experience in the cinema ( not getting into details) after the film we came out and we reported it to the team leader Courtney who was absolutely lovley and so apologetic and gave us some complimentary tickets for our next visit. She didn't need to do that but the staff at this cineworld are so lovley and thanks to Alison ( if that's your name) you were lovley also,The seating at this cinema is very old as it's the fold down chairs and they were quite uncomfortable but I still enjoyed my film

Never coming back. This cinema has the most uncomfortable seats I’ve ever sat on, tiny screen and positioned way too high up forcing you to constantly look up even in the very last row, terrible sound quality making it difficult to make out the words of the actors particularly with the music turned up so loud. Really bad experience overall but at least the staff were really nice. Cheers

Fantastic cinema, the staff are so nice and very helpful. My 1 1/2 year old son loves this place. And yes he has his own unlimited card, makes sense because we go aleast once a week. Always gonna be my first choice to go.

It's a pretty basic venue. Old style seats yet the cost on ticket is same same standard. Been there few times. I don't think I have ever seen more than 10 heads in cinema screen. It's handy though.

Friendly staff. Prices and sizes for drinks/popcorn etc is ridiculous.The accessible 'seats' are not very accessible. They are on a slope and even with brakes on the wheelchair, you are not stable at all. You feel like you are going to fall forward all the time.

Seats are horribly uncomfortable and the sound was so loud it was unbearable. Ended up walking out of an Oppenheimer screening after 10 minutes knowing I couldn't sit in there for 3 hours. It's the middle of summer too and it was cold in the theatre.Worst experience I've ever had at a cinema. Even the popcorn tasted old. Avoid at all costs.

Amazing friendly staff let down by a tired, basic venue. Seats are like cardboard despite being the price of the comfier seats located in other Cineworld's. Sound system in the theaters need sorted as well (speech extremely quiet and hard to understand and loud noises are deafening). Needs major reinvestment overall, toilets are campsite level. Extremely poor venue despite charging top dollar for its facilities. 1*
