Helping Paws

Rachel looks after out 2 cats while we are away. Our cats can be really fussy but they took to Rachel on their first meeting. We are delighted to find such a reliable service and our cats even happier to get reliable meals and some TLC while we are away. Great Service, thanks again.

Hiya, Barney Rubble the Labradoodle here. My Mam and Dad love Rachel but not as much as me. We have such great fun and often meet and make new friends to play with. I feel so tired and relaxed when I get home and can't wait to cuddle up on the sofa. She's been my friend since I was a puppy and has looked after me lots of times. Dad says he can set his watch by her 'cos she's so reliable. When my parents go away Rachel has our key and comes and walks me and keeps me company and gives me the odd treat so I never feel lonely. I will sit in the window waiting for her every time she's due. Dad said he does get upset though...'cos I never look back when we leave. Well I'm excited aren't I.

Helping Paws looked after my rabbits on holiday. It was a bit of a palaver because one of them needs medication every morning. Laura came around, checked that she understood their routine and did a wonderful job of taking care of them. She even put the bins out and watered the plants too. Thank you for your help!

Our cats are quite nervous around new people but as soon as we met Rachel we knew she was the kind of person who could help them feel comfortable. She is very friendly and professional and her daily updates whilst we were on holiday were a great touch. We would recommend her to anyone. Thank you so much

Leaving my fur baby at home whilst we went away was a stressful idea but Rachel reassured us and sent us photos and updates whilst we were away on how our cat was doing.
