Radical Rubber
I placed an order with them when they were recommended by friends from Central Saint Martins. The original shipment was returned at the Spanish border because of a discrepancy import taxes (which I had paid). Since them I have called and and sent them various emails which have been ignored. The order was close to 300 pounds and they have completely ignored my requests to resend the shipment. Please avoid.

Today 21.02.2018 I went to Radical Rubber to buy something and shop was closed! I got there 16:43 and shop should be closing at 17:00. I think it is unacceptable for business to close when they please, and not stick with their opening hours. Super disappointed.

ignoring the constant stock issues, customer service never replies to emails and they don't handle EU customs, which isn't mentioned anywhere on their website or when ordering. Nothing to say about the quality of their products, it's definitely top-notch. However, the rest...
