Adam is second to none. A consummate professional.We had three companies try and diagnose a problem where a leak was coming from with our hot water tank 1 year ago and was told to replace the entire 300L tank. We caught a 'second' opinion (ie fourth) and Adam came late that day, sourced a replacement heating element, drained the tank and installed it, and we have had no issue thereafter.Today Adam came within a few hours of calling, and looked (this time at our ageing boiler) and diagnosed the problem, sourced the part and installed it within hours, (at the weekend too).This is a calibre of service incredibly hard to find.When we come to replace our boiler, (as it is naturally ageing), we will be looking no further than Adam once more.Our sincerest thanks Adam and the Gasworks team.

After having no heating for 2 weeks and being let down by multiple companies, I called Gasworks Edinburgh and they were brilliant. Had a 20+ year old Combi in my new flat which needed replacing. I was worried about the flue installation since it's second floor and above an archway (e.g. Scaffolding required etc) but Adam came round next day to check it and came up with a simple solution without scaffolding. New boiler installed couple days later and it's all been working great so far. Great communication and professionalism throughout. I would 100% recommend Gasworks.

Gasworks are excellent, we are very happy with their work. Adam came round for a quote within hours of our request, and the work was completed one week later. Adam and his team were friendly, professional and respectful while working in our home for a full day, and it felt like nothing was too much trouble when various quirks of the house popped up throughout the day.
