Wonderful service from Aurora Heating. Chris and his team replaced our central heating boiler and serviced our apartment radiators quickly and very efficiently. The work was planned carefully and executed very, very professionally. We were very pleased with the standard of workmanship and how we were kept informed of the installation. Absolutely first class !

Contacted Chris on a couple of occasions, once at the weekend and once during the week on both occasions he kept us informed on when he would arrived the same day and he was very quick to sort the problem and his bill was very reasonable, especially for the weekend call out. The last breakdown he was very helpful to the extent of recommending a claim under the product guarantee, which saved us a few hundred pounds. Cannot recommend him highly enough and great to have a firm put its customers interests first and he now looks after my house and business premises.

We have used Chris's services over the years and he has good knowledge of the heating and plumbing systems, always resolves the issue from the root level. He is kind enough to answer queries over the phone which helped me resolve a boiler issue due to incorrect settings/switches. Very professional and fixes issues so that they don't recur.

I called up Aurora about some boiler problems after being messed about and reaching a dead end with my property managers. Chris was with me on the same day just a couple hours later (fully masked for COVID) and was patient in explaining what the very minor problem was. Even though the issue turned out to be easily fixable, it was honestly a relief being able to talk to a real plumber after being sent to corporate voicemails for the last two days!
