I had a holistic reiki massage with Joanne recently and I cannot recommend it enough. She took so much care in listening to me before and after the session and was really attentive to my needs. The session felt like such a safe space to feel and work through anything that came up and I feel so much better for it :) Joanne is extremely knowledgeable and good at what she does, I had a wonderful experience and I'm looking forward to booking another session!

I had a womb connection massage with Joanne and I can say for sure, I will be back. I have also shared her page with my friends because the experience was so supportive and nourishing for me that I know some of my friends would be interested in exploring this. From the moment I contacted Joanne to book an appointment, i felt supported and lovingly held. I felt safe to express some sensitive information via an online form, and face to face with Joanne, which doesn't always happen with me. I have to start by saying the one on one womb connection session I had with Joanne was just besutiful. I felt so connected to myself and have never felt reiki like it before. It was like a light switched on in me, and I still think about that session now a few weeks on. I booked with Joanne as part of my postpartum recovery to work with the grief and trauma after the birth of my son.She was really patient with me through the booking process. Joanne held space for me in such a tender and honest way, she’s really professional in her work but also connected with me as a person. The session included hands on & energetic work and some magic, it wasn’t what I expected - it was so much more! I went to Womb connection experience, hosted by Joanne at Grow Yoga.This was such a beautiful experience, and Joanne is really lovely and very welcoming. I can’t recommend enough. The whole experience was really was very gentle, yet raw at times. Joanne guided us through the experience and after too. Would do this again & recommend to anyone wanted delve deeper into connecting to heart & womb.
