Ordered our food, came so much later than they said it would-when we received it, the order did not contain a single item we actually ordered. After contacting the restaurant we were assured that the food we did order would be with us promptly. An hour and a half later, it hasn’t turned up, and after speaking to the manager (who didn’t actually know if we’d paid or received our food) we were told we could either have our food or a refund-not both. Both manager and delivery driver were incredibly rude, service was appalling, and we are still waiting on our food. Horrendous, and would avoid under all circumstances.

Quite a nice Chinese, nothing to rave about but nothing to moan about either.Food is consistent, staff are friendly.Parking can be difficult if collecting

Egg fried was burnt, tasted disgusting chicken balls very greasy only nice part was the chicken with bean sprouts. No excuse for burnt food as the shop had just opened and completed a £50.00 order.

I would like to write a review on this chinese takeaway but was unable to even order, you wouldn't pick up the phone for thirty minutes? I would strongly recommend not using this Chinese takeaway as you have to fight to get hold of them like youe doing them a favour by ordering, don't advertise delivery if you are not gonna pick up the phone to take my order

Loyal customer - After 6 years of having weekly takeaways from here we will never go back. Shocking service/food from the owner/cooks (not the young girl who took our order) disappointed all round.

We ordered our dinner on a Tuesday night at 6 o'clock and was told we would receive our food within 15 or 20 minutes. However it turned up 20 minutes after they said it would. Once it did arrive the driver was rude and had no idea what she was doing as she asked us how much it cost, we told her the price and she took it and left. We then opened the food and promptly realised that none of it was our food and that it contained ingredients we are allergic too. We phoned the restaurant and the manager assured us that we would get our food soon. However 1 hour later and it still hasn't arrived so again we phoned and the manager didn't know if we had actually paid or received the delivery as the delivery driver walked out. The manager was insistent that she couldn't offer both our order and a refund as the owners didn't speak good English and wouldn't refund usIt's now 2 hours as I'm writing this and still waitingSHOCKING!

As Chinese Takeaway food goes, the food isn't too bad. Their downside is their ability to keep up with the orders. Order on a Saturday between 6.30pm and 9.00pm order at your peril, it's almost laughable! I placed an order for collection, was told 25 minutes, arrived to pick up my order and sat there waiting for another 20 minutes. In the end I walked out. It's the usual greediness of not missing an order, but not being able to cope.

always great amounts of food and great tasting and doesn't taste full of salt unlike some... only reason I'm giving it 4 stars and not 5 is because i suspect it gave us food poisoning once xxxxx

I have been a customer for over 10 yrs . Last time I ordered from here there was a Kung po chicken missing . This time after waiting an hour and a quarter for my food the chips were missing , chicken was like rubber . I reckon they owe me about £7 so far for undelivered food . What a waste of £33 , I won’t be back .
