Ordered birthstone stud earrings for our granddaughters birthday, opted for Royal Mail tracked 24.Dealing with Jian for the purchase was easy and feed back on order updates via email was good.Then RM let us down, tracking was almost none existent. Contacted Jian who responded quickly and tried to assist, however RM was the issue. We received the order over a week later, and as it had to be signed for, we wasted time and days waiting in for the delivery.Very happy with the purchase and packaging etc. was great.However, RM in the South West appears broken.I would highly recommend Jian. But, suggest you pay the little extra and choose an alternative delivery company to ensure that you get your purchase in a timely manner.

Hi.Order No:72227.In the past two weeks I have emailed you to inform you that I have recieved a second Sapphire Necklace.I bought one, then warned of the pending error, but nobody would appear to have taken any notice!Can somebody please advise what to do next.Thank you.

This was the first order I had placed with “JIAN LONDON” and I realised unfortunately I had mistakenly ordered a “Yellow Gold” bracelet instead of “White Gold” for my wife. After discovering this when checking my order confirmation, I immediately emailed their Customer Services explaining my mistake. Resulting from this and in less than 30 minutes, I received an email from them informing me that my order had now been updated for the “White Gold” bracelet.I was extremely impressed with their customer service, especially as this all happened around 10:00 in the evening. Resulting from this, I can definitely recommend this company for their first class service.

I had been looking for a present for my wife as Ruby wedding anniversary is arriving soon and came across Jian London, after browsing the site I found perfect gift for the occasion, I can't say about quality of the items as the gift wrapping service was used which I can say was well worth it.I was kept well informed through the process and delivery was on time as I was expecting. Highly recommended.

This is the second chain I have bought (rose gold and silver) and they have a lovely sparkle. They look delicate, but are well made and sturdy enough for the adjustment part to glide well.Delivery was very quick.

A very satisfied customer!!I purchased their Infinity Ruby and Diamond CZ 18ct Gold plated Tennis Bracelet (Product Code: 16995YSCM) for my wife for her Birthday and she is VERY pleased with it. The bracelet is nicely made with a strong clip with bright and shiny stones and a vibrant tone to the Rubies.The item arrived about three days after ordering in a nicely shaped outer box, laid out in a plastic bag all inside an impressive looking presentation box. There was also a soft bag included.I had estimated the wrong size for the bracelet so I used the returns label to request a replacement of the next size, including a cover note. I had to pay for the return postage, not a problem as it was my fault, and the replacement was round my wife’s wrist within a week.Thank you for the excellent service.Tracking numbers were provided for both Royal Mail deliveries, the only complaint was that my exchange wasn’t acknowledged by Jian London and I only realised it was happening when I received the second tracking number via email.I would definitely use Jian London again should a suitable piece of jewellery be in their catalogue.

Was very sceptical regarding buying a ring online at first but spoke to a lovely lady on the phone twice regarding how quick I needed the ring as was flying out in 2 days. She advised me she could get a proposal ring out to me the next day and did not let me down. Ring turned up and was amazing just got the actual bespoke ring and it's beautiful
