Went in with my 2 kg yorkie and was told ‘dogs and shops don’t go together’. Poor customer service and alienating customers do go together! Never going there again.

I went to go to the post office inside and ended up buying my husband a father's day gift.The guy was amazing! Very patient and helpful.I brought a picture frame which customised which I'm sure my husband will love.

Today I witnessed a staff member make a rude remark to a customer today completely unprovoked and embarrassingly unprofessional.Then when the customer questioned this, another staff member began shouting at the customer and getting very aggressive and close to them, barely keeping any distance from the customer.Appalling behaviour from staff members.
