Went for a haircut asked for a skinfade and a little bit of the top and told her how I normally have my hair and she ignored everything I said and cut it way too short (was an elder woman) will never be going back again

Friendly staff, had a wash and cut. Love it looks really nice.

Taken my son for a haircut today, asked them not to cut the top but they have, this isn't the first time This has happened, only used the cutting bar as it's convenient for us, will be finding somewhere else now.

I took my daughter in for haircut yesterday at GWP cutting bar. She had long hair half way down back. She wanted it a bit shorter, shortest of just below shoulders and had a photo of what she wanted. The lady just cut her hair into a bob. Not gradually taking hair up to where my daughter wanted it, she just cut it off. I was in there and she didn't even check with me. She can't even get it to tie up in a bobble. I've never seen my daughter be so upset. I'm absolutely devastated. If I could give a 0 I would. She's only 12 and never wants her hair cut again. It was an older lady, I don't want to name names.

The woman cutting my hair ignored everything I said and proceeded to cut my hair way too short and straightening my hair after I said I liked my curls. Not worth going here (it was an elder woman).

Went in for a gents haircut (£16, numbered back and sides with trim on top). Was served by Kayla who apparently was helping out from another branch, but was served straight away, haircut came out great and was very quick overall. Kayla was great throughout with light friendly conversation (which I prefer), and very professional and hygiene conscious (used a different comb instead of one dropped on the floor). Overall very happy for a quick cut and good result, will be going back again

Needed to get my hair cut and straightened for a wedding... Got up early and after a short wait I was attended to by a lovely girl who did a great job.. Was very pleased and will definitely go back again

Absolutely ruined my hair. Went from long hair to this! Can’t believe it. Do not use this place.
