Whether you goal in life is to get fitter, lose a few pounds or have an insight into a healthier lifestyle Sarah is the person I would recommend.She has an extensive knowledge of nutrition and personal training. Every session is tailor made for you, and always varied to keep you motivated and interested. I know having a personal trainer for the first time can seem daunting, but rest assured Sarah is very friendly and approachable, and if you are willing to put the effort in you will not find a more committed trainer . She really does get results.

I have worked on my fitness and nutrition since Feb 2022. In just 8 months, I have lost 5 stone, gone from 12k to 70k steps a week, built lifelong habits and successfully changed my lifestyle - all with the help and support of Sarah. I've even walked a marathon in 6 hours 7 minutes. I would recommend Sarah to anyone who is prepared to do their best to follow her guidance and realise similar breakthrough in their weightloss journey or other goals. Sarah has been instrumental in me achieving and enjoying a better life.

Sarah is fantastic, she is so friendly and supportive and makes you feel totally at ease.She is extremely knowledgable about exercise and nutrition and gives lots of encouragement and fab advice.
