Your Move Estate Agents Sheerness

I am an agent in a chain with this company. There sales progression skills are appalling, the solicitors they suggest clients to use PPL are beyond a joke. They have absolutely no care for their clients and seem more then happy to allow chains to collapse! I am disgusted

Tracey and the team at the sheerness branch work tirelessly to ensure their clients receive the best service. We are in the process of selling our property through the branch and the team have gone above and beyond throughout. Our house was marketed exceptionally and sold with ease. We receive regular updates on the progress of our sale and the team are always ready to step in to chase solicitors on our behalf. The legal part of our sale has not been easy but the team have helped every step of the way to ease our stress and anxiety. We will definitely be using the branch again in the future and recommended whole heartedly to anyone looking for in our opinion the best estate agent locally. Thanks team for an exceptional service

We viewed 5 properties back to back with Fiona, she was professional and friendly and by the 2nd property had already sussed out which of the 5 would tick all of our boxes, she was spot on! From putting in an offer, to completion was less than 7 weeks. We were kept informed throughout by Fiona and April from the branch. Our whole purchase was done via phone and email and the only time we visited the branch was to collect our keys.I think the only thing missing was a little extra touch, a card/keyring/something to say congratulations. That certainly didn't draw anything away from the service we received, but would have made a lovely touch.
