The staff are very approachable, friendly and helpful, I cannot fault them. The salon and beds are always very clean. My only quibble is the lack of standing units (only reason for 4 stars). However, I've always had a session when I visited as a bed has usually been available.

I bought a package for 50 minutes, used 10 but only stayed in for 8 as I got burnt.Nobody told me at point of purchase they expire after 3 months (just called in today) and I never got any notifications from the shop that I was in a timed contract, nor when they were about to expire.I'm not sure how much the consumer protection act covers this but I'll be finding out.My experience in the shop was excellent, hence 2☆, that's solely for the friendly service.Selling minutes in bundles appears to only benefit the shop, as the expiry of them encourages you to refresh your spend every 3-months.Ah - legally you need to know of expiration at point of purchase.I've just found out online that a minimum duration contract has to be sold as such, and waiver signed to agree and say you've entered willingly. I genuinely had no idea how the package purchase worked. Will be following up on this

Very, very disapointed. Losed 35£ because nobody informed me about date when block expired. Never used my block. When I went there they informed me is expired. Know they are telling me I was informed few times when is expired but I been on this shop ones. Terrible customer service.

The manager is lovely and friendly. Always very clean in the stand and tan the only one i use. Highly recommended
