Awful customer service and make it impossible to cancel. Avoid at all costs. They assured me my plan had been cancelled in 2022 and then continued to charge me and claim they don’t take cancellations by phone and instead you have to contact a completely different email.

Con artists.They will try to use high pressure tactics to get you to sign contracts. Assistance is appalling, calling gets you through to no one.
