Brilliant service, mens hair and facial package brillaint price £15 pounds (prices are soon to go up but it's worth it) conversation flowed and the relaxed atmosphere stayed. I have Tourettes, I ticced a few times but didn't need to tell them or fell I needed too as they made me feel so comfortable and my tics went really unnoticed... Currently work going on shop face a roof causing obstruction but is open from Wednesdays through to Sundays.

I drop-in just to check for prices and I was given and affordable price for a dry hair cut. Iit was exactly what I wanted, couldn't be happier. Thanks. Also very friendly. I will go back as soon as my hair looses it shapes.

Don't usually visit a salon .... But I'd needed to have my hair 'trimmed and cut' before a hospital procedure. Unfortunately the salon I'd been to didn't do what I was expecting .... ended up with a rather poor 'finish'.Needing to try 'neaten and tidy up' what had been done, I visited here. There was little, 'very' little they could do but it's their customer service that was noteworthy. For how accomodating they were, I may attend when my hair grows out to have a proper cut here.

I was looking for a haircut while out on an errand in town, after trying a few places we found Creative Universal. Rachana who wash, cut and blow dried my hair, was lovely. My hair feel soft and look really shiny. I’ll be back for a hair color. I definitely recommend Creatve Universal.
