This agency blatantly disregards immigration and employment regulations set by the Home Office and HMRC. Over 80% of their workforce consists of international students, and they assign shifts of up to 60 hours per week, knowingly violating international student visa restrictions, which allow only 20 hours of work weekly. They also encourage students to work beyond this limit while failing to document these extra hours on timesheets, as mandated by ACAS. Moreover, they neglect to enroll their agency workers in a pension scheme, as required by The Pension Regulator. A survey of more than 50 long-term employees revealed that none of them were enrolled in a pension scheme, and they received no communication explaining this omission.We have reported this agency to the HMRC, Home Office, and The Pension Regulator for severe violations of immigration and employment laws.Regarding the students, many of those leaving positive comments here have breached their visa conditions by working over 20 hours. The agency coerces them into posting positive comments in exchange for shifts. We have shared their information with their respective universities and the Home Office, ensuring they face the consequences of their actions.
