Fantastic holistic care from Laird and McMillan. It is daunting organising a funeral in the midst of acute grief but Elaine and Lauren guided us through the process smoothly and sympathetically. They really are a credit to the company. The organisation was seamless and the funeral cars and service were beautiful giving mum the tribute she deserved. At all stages mum and the family were treated with dignity and respect and I will look back fondly on this day, knowing she would have approved of her send off.
