John was really very helpful and politeness itself. Unfortunately my printer is very old and not suitable for fixing. However, John gave me information about what printers I could replace it with and roughly what cost I was looking at.If I ran a company that needed more printing services - I maybe print 10 things a week - then I would definitely be using your services!Thank you, John, for your kindness, patience and understanding. Speedy delivery and installation. Friendly helpful staff from all departments and support team. Liked the friendly follow up after a few weeks of using the machine to make sure we were happy. Our staff are elated with the performance of the machine and its efficiency. Highly recommended.

Print-Logic service is second to none. Their all round service form enquiry to installation has been exceptional. All the staff are very friendly & so helpful. If you need a new printer this is the company to go to. Our Account Manager John is asbolutley fantastic, so helpful and a really lovely person. I recommend Print Logic to anyone.

Print Logic couldn't assist as they only deal with business customers, not home printers, but John was very approachable and helpful with suggesting other options. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.
