Lovely staff really helpful and efficient went in for a passport form. Didn't need to fill it in as they have a tablet service were the staff can complete the application for you and take your photo very happy with service will use this postoffice again thank you.

Went in for a travel money card. The staff were really friendly and helpful and sorted me out quickly and professionally. Wouldn't use any other branch this is the best one by far.

Racist staff, went through every step with an English customer for filling passport form but when my turn they dont know what to send in form ,just told me to check booklet ,I only asked If i need to verify my photos If I am renewing my DVLA as there is no clarity in information booklet about this.

Had a parcel to collect, simple parcel. Crocs. Went to collect as you do as failing to deliver, get there. A old woman, was like extremelyrude, no customer service, no kindness. Lack of empathy. Told her her the name. Apparently there was no parcels with that name, therefore gave the tracking number, she came back with my parcel of crocs. To tell me. Nah. You ain’t having it. Because. There was a fault in the name, that didn’t match my ID. However I had a email and tracking number and a transaction to confirm it was my parcel, you must lack common sense if you perceive this parcel as not being mine, please upgrade your staff, to a more younger generation, tell her to take her pension out

One of the best post office out there. They are super friendly and get the job done quickly.
