I went to collect my online order. You wait in reception and someone will attend to you. Bring your own bag as they don't sell them. Very good prices for any one who needs baking accessories

Used to use this company regularly, will avoid from now on. Placed an order for next day delivery and DPD didn't even receive my package until two days later. It's too late for me to do the cake I needed to do (it was a last minute family request) and because I wasn't told ahead of time, I couldn't make other arrangements to get product from somewhere else. Appalling customer services and practices. Avoid.

I ordered some items from the Cake Decorating Company when received I realised that I should have gone for a slightly smaller size. I contacted the cake decorating company who provided me with the details to return the items. Unfortunately five weeks have now passed since the items were returned and I am still awaiting my refund. I contacted the company two weeks ago asking for an update and received an email asking for details of the package and proof that they had received it as well as an acknowledgment that they are behind in dealing with their returns. I provided the proof of postage and delivery immediately and since then have not had a response although I have sent multiple emails. Very disappointed in their treatment.

My first time using this company. My original order got lost by Evri, through no fault of the cake decorating company. I contacted them after 7 days and they sent me a replacement order on next day delivery. They are absolutely fantastic, the order was very well packed. I will definitely use this company again and would recommend them. They have a fantastic selection of anything you could need and more, and customer service is exceptional.

look at the reviews before you order!! Horrendous customer service. I placed an order on the 18th October and mid-November there was still no sign of it. I sent 3 emails and had no response. Contacted the company via Facebook and they basically called me a liar and said they had responded to my emails (they hadn’t). Seen that so many other people have had the same response from them. Why would I lie about not receiving the emails!! Finally on 15th december they have given me a refund, but only after sending me a string of passive aggressive messages. Will never be ordering from them again, truly terrible company.

First time using this company- placed an order 6 days ago and received my confirmation email to say it will arrive tomorrow, ( a week since I placed the order) however got an email today saying they have a new computer system and my order will be late but cannot tell me when it will be dispatched!!!!

When I lived in the UK I loved using this company. However now I live in Europe and there is no justification for the flat shipping fee of £50-55 with the only option for weight being 0-30kg and no reduction for a higher spend. unlike all the other countries they ship to. You can ship to the US from £26.99 for 1-3kg, likewise options for different weights and prices for Switzerland, Norway, the UAE and Canada. I get that Brexit caused problems with shipping and increased the costs but plenty of other suppliers have now normalised their shipping costs so it’s disappointing that the CDC hasn’t.

This is the second time ordering from here , my order arrived with an item missing , and cake boxes scratched and in poor condition , i e mailed immediately after opening my parcel to report this problem to them which was last Friday and I’ve still had no reply from them , just an automated e mail saying they have received my query and will get back to me , I’ve rang twice but you can’t speak to anyone , they cannot take your call ! I’ve e mailed twice again since and I’ve been totally ignored by them , absolutely terrible customer service by this company, really really disappointed to say the least !

My order wasn't processed until I contacted to ask why not. They were then helpful but orders should be sent without the customer having to chase. Good prices though.
