Turnt up on time, once we were dropped off, realised we had left a bag in the car, Frank bought it all the way back, no quibbles, thanks for good service.

Don't bother ringing.Eventually got through to Frank, who said he'd call me back after checking his diary.Couldn't get through to him again, sent text message, but no reply.I don't understand why local businesses recommend him rather than Morgans who actually talk to you.Frank's a great advert for Uber.

For a 7 mile journey, we were quoted £18.50, expensive we thought, but acceptable. However, when we got to the destination, this fare had increased to £37.50. The excuse being was the council charged additional pick up fees, and this wasn’t the taxi companies fault. I struggle to believe this and feel we were conned. AVOID!

We arranged for them to pick up 15 people, including 2 babies and a 4 month pregnant lady at 1am after a wedding party. The venue had no mobile reception, so we were completely reliant on them. But they couldn't be bothered. They picked up other people instead, and told us they would come back for us. But we never saw them again, and 9 people were left to walk nearly 5 miles down unlit country roads at 3 o'clock in the morning. An absolute disgrace.

If there was minus star, he would be minus 10. Totally unreliable. Booked him for 6.30 pm and he never showed up , no call, nothing, tried to call him and went straightto answer phone, , waited in the cold and ended up having to walk , not great for an anniversary meal out.Disgraceful.

Don't bother leaving voicemail, Frank ignores them. If his voicemail is on assume he's not working that day
