Good job done with monoblocs but has not done the drainage work and still charged for it. We're now having issues with water still infiltrating under the garage wall and after arranging for Kenny to come, he didn't show up or call. Some trust issues as well when we came home unexpectedly to find someone coming to our house to see the big church stones we had and wanted to sell ourselves initially. However we were kind of impeded as instead of piling the stones on pallets as we had asked, they were piled up in rubbles blocking the access to the other side of the garden. It was impossible for us to then move them because the pallets had been taken away as well as the equipment to lift the very heavy stones. Kenny knew the guy coming to get the stones , he works for him on ad-hoc basis. Anyway we were very disappointed by Kenny's attitude and the lack of customer service. And I'm not going into the 'stories' Kenny told us about breaking the work he had done if people were not paying....kind of threatening!
