Took my dog to this place for a haircut and informed them of his bad foot that he cannot stand on for too long they then proceeded to hold his bad foot onto the floor so he couldn’t move obviously making him agitated and scared until they put a muzzle on my dog that has never even opened his mouth aggressively in his life

All the staff here are lovely and do a great job.Our pug absolutely adores Louise! We used different groomers during lockdown but she is by far the best with him!We’ve never had any problems with appointments, they are always super busy but always do their best to accommodate.

Would have been a zero stars!!! I walked in to the groom room yesterday and booked my dog in for a nail trim. The appointment was made for today at midday. I have to travel half hour to get here!!! I get there for my dogs appointment to be told the booking is not on the system so doesn't exist and was unable to do the nail trim. Not impressed at all!!!!
