An excellent service: my free ten-point check was done very thoroughly and revealed two illegal tyres! As I was due to go away the next day I was very relieved to know this so I was able to rectify the situation quickly and have peace of mind for my journey.

I took my new bicycle to have a puncture in the back wheel repaired. The service was outstanding! One of the staff on the till helped me to put my bike out and in of my car. The person who did the repair was excellent and explained what he was doing throughout. Really impressed!

I had my mercedes battery changed today at Halford after suffering for almost a month. I was given an appointment after 2 weeks with main dealership.In Halford they provided me an excellent battery with 5 years warranty and fitted within 20 mins, same day. This was a indeed a fantastic service

During my recent visit to Haliford's on Fox Lane in Wolverhampton, I had a genuinely favorable experience. We went to purchase power steering fluid, and when we approached the counter, the lady there went the extra mile to inform us that the product we had selected was not suitable for our vehicle. She looked up the correct item and went to got it, which we appreciated.Upon returning to our vehicle to add the fluid, we couldn't get the cap off. We went back inside and asked assistance from an employee, although it took about 20 minutes, he arrived and got it off easily.The store itself was clean and appeared well-maintained. Additionally, the employees we interacted with were friendly and patient.

We had replacement headlight bulbs fitted today, very speedy fitting service, very pleased, well-done, highly recommend halfords in Wolverhampton.

Young chap in bikes service section this evening 27th October 2023 was super helpful. Despite being in the middle of a complicated hike fix he stopped what he was doing to attend to me and sorted everything out perfectly. First class service and asset to Halfords

Went here for an urgent car issue, very pleased I did.Just to mention Jordan - polite, super helpful and sorted me out really quickly.Very reasonably priced, too.

This store has been here for over 30 years and is still THE place I go to for my car accessories. Click and collect is so handy and the staff are really helpful and friendly when I need something in-store. Both their prices and range of stock are hard to beat and throw in a convenient location and free parking.

Hadn't received a colletion email to say order was ready for colkection. We turned up as we were in the area to collect. The online order system was down in store. The guy was so helpful. He checked our order, got the items in the order off the shelf and let us collect. He said he would update our order and mark it as collected once the systems were up and running again. Good customer service. Saw a problem, took ownership and resolved it.

After looking online and not understanding if tis item was a full set or just the bars, i went into the store and the staff were very helpful and ordered what i needed, went back 2 days later picked up and 1hrs later hey presto i have roofbars. Cheers Halfords smooth transaction. 5* from me.
