Right Care

Amazing company to work for as an employee of this company they have really supported me through my work with training, expanding professional confidence and working in a person centred way, I am also a university student and right care have been amazing around my hours

Avoid. There’s only a couple of competent carers, the rest are shocking. My father’s at risk of self harm and due to this he has a safe with his medication locked away. Unfortunately because a carer was untrained or lacking brain power, they had no idea what to do while on call to my father. No idea on what medication to administer, how to access the safe or even where to locate the safe. What they did achieve is managing to give my father the access code to his medication. Not very advisable due to his mental health and nearly fatal. Management couldn’t care and see these things as a “training issue” . I wouldn’t trust your loved ones in their care. We’ve had carers walk into my fathers house as if he isn’t there, ignoring him, call times heavily fluctuating because the coordinator isn’t capable of completing a years 2-3 puzzle.Even the manager Leah, commented on how bad the coordinator has been and the trouble she’s had with her. We’ve had “advanced” warnings about not having cover to provide care….. apparently advanced means less than 18 hours notice (Nice one Leah).Unfortunately, these people are hiring carers who have only been in the country a couple of weeks and they aren’t giving them enough training to provide a proper level of care, or even level of conversation.Basically if you want a awful service run by people who genuinely seem like they need constant care themselves then this is the provider for you

I started working in June 2022. I absolutely love working here. It doesn't feel like work. It feels like home. The whole company is like one big family with a passion for caring at the heart of it. It was the best decision I have made, to join such a fantastic company who not only care and support the service user.thank you right care.

Thank you for the speedy response to my initial enquiry, and your helpful staff for providing me with everything i need in a timely fashion .

We have been using right care NW LTD for the last 12 months to look after out mother. She gets the same staff on a regular basis which helps with her continuity of care. The staff are all willing, helpful and trained to a high standard of care. They show a genuine interest in her and are always punctual and on the odd occasion where they have had to stay longer are willing to do so.

Who they are employing is beyond a joke, how they manage to go about life without setting themselves on fire is a miracle. Several incidents with this company, latest one was whoever they sent out didn’t know what to do, she ended up searching cupboards for tablets and came to the conclusion the dog worming tablets must of been the medication she was there to administer to my elderly parent. Wouldn’t trust them to look after a goldfish

This Company is all about the Money, their standard of management and client care is utterly appalling, the management ignor client concerns, and as for call planning well honesty inept incompetence just about sums them up.You have been warned.

Avoid at all cost, totally unprofessional company, and just to clarify I won't be ringing your office to speak to you, what's the point? Judging by the behaviour of your management staff on Facebook I'm highly doubhtful that they can have an intelligent conversation anyway but it will all make for good evidence for Acas or any other tribunal we might need to go through In the future. So yeah my Review has gotten even worse for your company I hope that this matter will be resolved in the near future but I'm sceptical at the same time based on the spiteful and unprofessional behaviour that's being displayed. Now your removing people reviews what a very honest company

At the moment I am not impressed,Some of the girls are very lazy..... But one or two are excellent,I know due to shortage of carers they turn up late on morning calls,booked for 10am arrive at midday,We have even wrote a note on there clocking in book what is needed from us but most of the time it's not carried out. but we still get asked from the carer what's is needed from themselves.I don't think half of them are dementia trained,Be looking for a change very shortly if nothing improves.
