I am so glad that I gave this repair establishment a try!Raj listened attentively to my account of the problem affecting my laptop, then carefully went through his diagnostic routine, keeping me involved at all steps. Within a fairly short time he had focused on the probable cause, and was then able to resolve it. What I had suspected could be a rather expensive hardware problem was solved by resetting the components involved.His charges were most reasonable for the care and expertise that he brought to the problem, and I was impressed by the way in which I felt assured that he would stick with the problem until we had a mutually satisfactory solution.It is so reassuring to have such a good computing problem fixer so conveniently close to home!Highly recommended, and I will use him again if ever I get further computer problems, or require advice in developing and upgrading existing systems. I had an amazing experience of fast and time efficient customer service here. Raj happened to be busy with another customer when I walked in. He politely asked his customer if he could serve me as well and the customer agreed. He spent time with me in the shop trying to resolve my issue then and there. He succeeded within 10 minutes or so and said that the issue wasn't major so wouldn't feel right about charging for it. A very generous businessman and I wish him well with his shop. The Computer King is a lovely man! My PC was too old to fix, so he gave me (for free) a similar PC so I can harvest parts from it. No charge. Excellent customer service. I’ll be back for sure. Thank you Computer King.[Part 2:] Raj put together a reconditioned MacBook for me with new hard drive and new battery. Works perfectly. Good price.[Part 3:] Raj put a faster hard drive into my Mac Mini. So much faster! Would have scrapped it otherwise. Happy customer.

I went to Raj with an issue in my macbook as it was not opening. He charged me less than any other place, he opened the mac and fixed it while i was in the shop (which was great as I leave 45 min away) and took me through every step he is doing. He cleaned the macbook and replaced the speakers and did not charge me for the new ones.Raj is super polite and I would recommend him for anyone wants to fix macbook.

Raj is brilliant. He offers a free assessment before you commit to a repair. I took my daughters Acer laptop in today after contacting him via WhatsApp. The laptop wouldn’t turn on and we had tried to reset it. Raj checked the laptop on the spot and discovered it was a battery issue. He disconnected the battery and we are now able to use the laptop whilst it is plugged in. No need for a costly repair. The whole process took less than 15 minutes. Would 10/10 recommend Computer King for laptop repairs.

Brilliant can’t rate high enough!I had an old MacBook Pro from 2010 which I needed all files put on to a new hard drive. Then I wanted the new hard drive to be formatted to work my iPad Air 5.New hard drive supplied with the correct support cable and installed all while I was in the shop.The gentleman was so kind and patient. I did phone ahead in the morning and was given an appointment for that afternoon.Highly recommend!
