Upgraded my contract phone through o2 and they used UK Mail to deliver the parcel tracked before 10:30am the following day.However the parcel never turned up and upon checking the tracking had realised that it had been signed for by a complete stranger, it was only after 2 days of ringing o2 and UKMail that it was established that it was sent to my nearest shop and was signed for under my second name. No card was left or any indication to suggest that the phone was at this place.Worst service you could ever ask for, had alerted the police and everything due to this misconduct and had wasted their time. Will never use UKmail again, trading standards seriously need to step in and put this shameful business into administration.

16/6/15 left a card as they found no one in, the card did not indicate what they had done with the parcel and does not have a telephone or email on it.Went to web site and had to leave a message as the other alternatives did not suit. I asked them to deliver to my work address as my husband is looking after his sick mother and I work full time. left work address and telephone number and gave my work e-mail.I got 4 e-mails. none told me what they were doing, only that the 'problem' had been resolved.When I got home there was another card telling me they had missed me.Useless is how I would describe them.

Have been waiting 10 days now for a package to be collected and returned to the seller. I didn't choose to use UK Mail, it was the seller. I have been through all the emotions of being disappointed, angry, furious, I hate this company ... now I just feel empty. I have no feelings left to describe this company.I have phoned them every day. This is the WORST COMPANY I have ever encountered, I don't understand why anyone would use this company.I keep receiving texts that my package will be collected today from 11:00-12:00, now I just laugh. This company is a joke. I could have walked to Ireland and returned the package myself in the time is has just been sitting in reception.The wait goes on...

Couldn't be more terrible. Spent the entire morning waiting in for my parcel. An hour after the estimated delivery time had lapsed I called the customer service team, no apology, just the excuse that the times are estimated (which I accept but I don't see the point in putting any times on if they are not the least bit indicative of what to expect) and that it is Christmas time but I should receive it shortly. Well thank you for pointing out to me that it is the festive season, clearly I was incapable of figuring that out for myself, but the fact that it is Christmas should have no bearing on how efficient a dedicated parcel delivery service is. It would still take you the same amount of time to deliver the parcels no matter what time of year it was (especially as the weather conditions are good), perhaps you shouldn't take on more parcels than you can physically deliver. Now more than seven hours late nearly three hours waiting for a call back and I would just like to say thank you for taking up my entire day off.

I was waiting in all day for a delivery and was told they tried to deliver and yet no card was posted and despite someone literally sitting in the window 4 ft away from the door they said no-one was in. I'm now in the same position and I cant speak to anyone as despite me being told that my call is important to them, they have kept me on hold for 20 sodding minutes! The ONLY upside was that the person who came the next day with the delayed parcel was nice and professional and that's why there is 2 stars xx

....Still waiting for my parcel, still waiting for them to answer their phone. I'm starting to wonder if they even exist!I reported an issue through their website and received an email later that day saying they'd marked it as resolved.... which seems strange because I don't appear to have my parcel yet.That might be how this business resolves issues, but the majority of legitimate and functioning businesses actually fix issues and don't just ignore them. It seems as though they've only managed 2 positive reviews in the forty-something that have been posted so your chance of receiving a good service from this company is around the same odds that I have of using them again

My supplier told me i would get my delivery Friday... They tried to deliver Wednesday, which in normal terms is good... Rearranged the delivery for Friday afternoon... Check the website and it has been given a 9 am to 10 am delivery slot... OK we can deal with this by using the card and asking them to put the parcel in a secure place.... Give them another call..... Left waiting for 30 mins only to be hung up on... Call again at 8:30pm to get a service notice that they close at 9pm... After checking with every clock in the house I have decided that they must be working in either a different time zone or on a different planet were customer satisfaction is not in the dictionary.So it will appear they are not happy at working efficientlyI look forward to my call in the morning......................NOT>>>>>>>>>>

Worst courier company in the world by far. We are a large car breakers and have an account with UK mail and from my experience they are awful. There customer service is rubbish, almost non existent. I dispatched a parcel last month and our customer still has not received it. Every time you call you MUST speak to the person that answers the phone, you cannot go back to the person you were originally dealing with and that's just pathetic as you have to tell them the story from scratch. They say they will call you back and never do. They lose your parcels and don't even tell you. DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE. IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. HORRIBLE.

The worst logistics/delivery company I have even had the displeasure of dealing with. Paid for next day delivery on the 26th of March. They failed to deliver, not just on the 27th, but full stop. They told me on two separate occasions it was out on the van for delivery, but then revised that to the item being lost in their depot.You can never speak to the same member of staff, and while they are nice as pie on the phone, the promised call backs never come. even after escalating the complaint 4 separate times. Simply dont give a monkeys about their customers, and become rude and stroppy when you point out their failings.It turns out, after one member of staff let slip something he shouldnt have, that their 'customer service' team are not even employees, but subcontractors! No wonder they just dont care.I have gotten a refund and cancelled my transaction with the seller, Ive also informed them I will never buy from them again for as long as they use this firm. As a business owner, I rely on logistics and have never received such poor service from any other firm. AVOID IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!

DO NOT USE UK MAIL. I paid £5.99 for next day delivery only for them to lose my parcel and then tell me they attempted delivery when they didn't. Gave me an invalid parcel number so I couldn't track its whereabouts and see that they'd sent it to the complete wrong side of the country. I got redirected to 4 different phone numbers - all as rude and useless at each other until I was finally told the truth. Also provided absolutely no apology for the inconvenience or refund for the next-day delivery service which I did not receive.
