Aestech Medical Equipment UK

AVOID! We have secured Judgement through the courts (CCJ) against this company for £7,759.57, check the company credit file and you will see it. We ordered a number of items from Aestech, they delivered some but not all of our items and then just kept giving us different excuses. We paid money and they said they had refunded it which they hadn't. We have had nothing but issues and I would urge EVERYONE to steer clear.

Brilliant. Couldnt do enough on the phone. Suzie goes out of her way to help. Recommend them for machines and training. Year on and still in touch on a weekly basis.

I waiting for my Aplas Plasma pen for 12 months!!!! I paid it in February 2019! Nobody pick up the phone, nobody answer for my emails. It is a scammer!It is unacceptable!

I would love to give less than 1 star! Ordered an item, which allegedly got delivered to another shop about half a mile away, but was never actually delivered there. Said they would send replacement. Rang and emailed several times to try and find out when it would be delivered, received a reply until 5 days later informing me it would be arriving that day, which it did, except they had sent me the wrong thing! Don't bother using the phone number on the website, it is actually just a call centre/reception centre that just take your number and nothing else. Placing an order with this company cost me 5 clients, as I couldn't carry out their treatments without the items on the order. First and last time using them! Buyer Beware!!

Clearly gone bust by living beyond their means. Don’t answer the phone anymore and I heard they stole one of their leased cars to try and pay the bills. Avoid.

like the other 1 star reviews .. avoid. After a few months I still haven't received my goods, either ignored constantly or excuses and Ive been really nice about it. I thought a medical company we would be ethical. They can post on social media but not respond to my direct messages and they delete ones I add to social media ... I really don't understand how they can be like this?

I received prompt customer service and pricing in a timely fashion.

Avoid like the plague if I could give 0 stars I would. The biggest con artist around. Don't be a victim like so many others
