Book my daughter into have acrylics and art, the lady messaged and said it would be £35. I drop my daughter off and I get a message from her 5 minutes after saying they want £47. £47 for a acrylics and alittle but of design on is ridiculous. I told her not to have them done, to which the lady in the shop to shout at my 13 year old daughter that your mum has it wrong. They took 7 acrylics off that she already had on and charge £10. Absolutely horrendous Customer service and making my daughter feel very uncomfortable.

Had acrylics, really great they got me in last minute. However I wouldn’t go back there again, I’ve had them on for exactly a week and 4 have already popped off, I’m not heavy handed in day to day or at work, and the remaining nails do not feel sturdy at all. Acrylics normally last at least 2 weeks before they start lifting. Awful. Wouldn’t recommend.

The best nails I've had. The lady took so much care with the nails and the nails feel like they will last so much longer compared to others I've had. No scratches or anything, even with horses ! Will definitely come back. Lovely atmosphere in the shop as well.

First set of nails were okay but they didn't start my nails until at least half an hour after my appointment time. The second set of nails are attached and well...you can see for yourself, messy and rushed. Not worth the money and I won't be going back
