Phone and Vape

Extremely poor customer service! He was on the phone talking to someone and I can hear it from the outside already. Then I’m asking him about my parcel as this business is receiving parcels for customers but the man is not interested at all! He was shouting at me and not willing to help at all. No wonder there’s no customer there!

Unfortunately this place will scam you if they can. They are very aware of changing the price depending if they think you know how much their products are worth ( I'm talking double retail value) . In addition, was told £50 for a drag x vape with 2 batteries, I only received one. Disappointed

I walk past here everytime I commute to work and was hesitant to come in because they still stock outdated kits like the Smok AL85 and not one member of staff ever seemed to be using a vape, from my experience in the industry these are tell-tale signs they care more about money and lack a passion for vaping. I was in a bit of a pinch this week and needed my nicotine fix and they're the only one in this area open past 7pm so I decided to set prejudice aside and give them a chance, hell- they could even become my new local vape store... Boy was I wrong. Standard selection of coil killers like nasty juice, dinner lady and element- pretty much the ones tourist stores in Soho try to scam you with, nothing too appealing, abundant overstock on shortfills no one's heard of. Disinterested management that would say Nope" to every question

I went to get my iPhone SE to be repaired, it was done in just 20 minutes, super quick service. Thank you.

Went collecting a parcel around 7.40pm but been told that the parcel collection service closed already - earlier than it stated on google information as the shop closed at 8.00pm. Also the shop owner corrected the opening time on Saturday is 9.00am in stead what's stating on google as 8.00am.

Great customer service. Very friendly.

only have 600 puffs and sell nothing over it so useless for people looking anything over it.

Had Repaired my iPhone in 20min time I was amazed, was really happy & gave me FREE screen protector as well, and good thing of this shop is that they also do Vaping Juice and Mods etc plus PayPoint as well in sort in one Roof find all those Phone, Vape, Pay Point etc, always Recommend
